Second charge from Washington for passport.

I woke up this morning to find a second charge from Washington. It was seven bucks and some change. What is this charge? The 244 has already been taken out of my account a couple of days ago. I'm wondering if they charged me to call me the other day (my cc form was missing the expiration number of my card)
Any thoughts?

For a call that lasted 1m 32s? That's preposterous!

It's probably the 3% international fee your credit card charges on transactions it thinks are foreign (yes, even those in dollars). My fee was $7.32.

Ahhhh! That's what is was, mine was exactly $7.32 too. Thanks for clearing that up for me, I was beyond annoyed when I thought it was the call from the Embassy!

Why? Didn't you want to get your passport issued without them sending it back to you... and then you having to resubmit? Seems well worth the expense to me!

Well, yes, Ian. However, if it was 57 more cents it would have over drafted my account...that's all :D

I work a 100% commission job, so one week is good and the next...not so good! But it gets the bills paid:-)
