Sorry I was a bit slow there - yes it was to you!

It's an amusement park, much like Alton Towers. I love it and it is great if you have kids. They also have a waterpark. Take your own food though, the food there is awful and bloody expensive.

Let me guess! You are from Nottingham?

What brings you all the way to Trinity?

What are you studying?

Haha yes I am from Nottingham. Bingham if you know the area. I came over 10 years ago because of my father's job - he worked for Boots, but they sold the pharmaceutical side of the company. So, I've been living in Corpus Christi and am in my last year of uni at Trinity studying Finance...we'll see what happens.

But yeh, i'm living in San Antonio during the term year.

I see you're from Austin. I haven't been up that often recently, but friends are always bugging me about visiting so i'll be there soon.

I was born and bred in Corpus Christi but left at 18 and never feel the need to go back. How did you like the place?

And if your dad has any contacts at Boots that can ship over more Refine and Rewind, there are a lot of ladies here that would love you.

Hey, does anyone know of any good jobs in the area?
I'm having trouble finding something I really like, and wonder if it's time for a career change!
I usually do admin work, and don't mind it, just need to find the right place to do it, but I'll take any suggestions, in fact I'll consider pretty much anything at this time!
Thanks

What about the medical center area? Must be loads of admin jobs in all the hospitals round here. I know there is always jobs in the VA hospital, but I think you need to have served in the US army to gain an advantage!

Tx sucks lol, Why did you do that? california is way better. I moved from NY to phoenix and now live in Austin. People love it here cos they have been no where else. The best things about Texas include Luby's, Fiesta because they sell english food lots more than world market and thats its. Its been raining here none stop and the bugs are massive and the people are backward lol.
Hope to move back to phoenix next year where the weather is always better and there opening Tescos!! wooooohooooo lol.
The best thing about tx also the riverwalk, but even that isnt very big. The houses are cheap and big but there is a reason for it being cheap lol.
I would rather live in a condo somewhere nice and not live with the hicks.
P.S. dont go to corpus it sucks

My Dutch husband who's seen more of the world than you have likes it in Austin. I like it too, and I've been a fair few places. The rain is unusual, but crap, if you ain't somewhat happy here.... you like *Phoenix* better?!?

Where do you live? (what part of Austin, or suburb?)
