Salary Sites?
Well found this site - http://www.glassdoor.com/index.htm
Which is pretty useful, plonk in company details etc and see how you compare.
Payscale.com is also handy to get an idea against the level of experience in your field and the area your in.
Any other salary type sites worth looking at, especially for CoL around the country?
Oh, the glassdoor has also just started in the UK too apparently if anyone is moving back.
