Re: Rugby World Cup
[QUOTE=HoosierDaddy;5283997]Following complaints made to the IRB about the All Blacks being motivated by performing the 'Haka' before their games, other nations were asked to suggest pre-match rituals of their own.
The IRB Rugby World Cup 2007
D: Unfortunately the Committee were unable to accept the Welsh suggestion following representations from the RSPCA & La Société Protectrice des Animaux.
M: The Australians will have a barbie before negotiating lucrative singing and TV contracts in the UK. They will then invite all their mates to come and live with them in Shepherds Bush.

Re: Rugby World Cup
I watched that match with great interest yesterday
I was so happy to see the French have their asses whiped
And by the way it said on the bottom of the screen (Setanta channel, 615 on Direct TV) that it was a free showing !
The channel is only $15.00 a month and well worth it just for the English Premiership live ...

Re: Rugby World Cup
The US is playing very well considering 2/3rds are amateurs who probably didn't play rugby for the first time until college. I think the South Africa game will be painful to watch as an England fan.

The usual form is to post scorelines under a 'spoiler' heading rather than in general discussion. Please do this for those who have recorded the matches for later viewing.

Re: Rugby World Cup
If my boys don't manage to whip your English poncy arses, well....I'll stop watching the rest of the World Cup!
Thyds, I wouldn't call what that lot play, rugby. It is an insult to the sport!
