Hi there,
I know this is not a immigration questions, but hope that anyone can help me with this question.

Currently, I am holding H-1B working in one company in Dallas, TX and i am interested in open a Roth IRA account for my savings due to the tax free features, and if after few years of working, i decide to go back to my home country, and i don't want to withdraw my account, i plan to come back to withdraw it after i am eligible to do that or ask the investment company to send me the check, i just wondering, am i able to do that.

Yes, the money is yours. You can do whatever you like with it (of course,
if you withdraw it early, you'd have to pay the early-withdrawal penalty,
but that's about it).
