Thumbs up Richard Bradford (Actor)

I just had a wonderful surprise in the mail. I have been a fan of actor Richard Bradford for many years, since the early 60's in fact. Some of you may remember him in the British TV series "Man In A Suitcase" in the late 60's. You might also remember him the "Untouchables" movie with Sean Connery and Kevin Costner.

Well today I received 2 signed photo's from him, one for myself and one for Carol.

I wrote to Richard Bradford about a month ago, never really expecting him to reply, but today he did. I still can't believe it!!

He was the dirty cop who Sean Connery had a fight with.

And it is cool, don't think many bother these days, though I do know Bernard Cornwell, if you send him your books with return postage, he'll sign and message them for you...not that I've ever bothered *l*

I remember Man In A Suitcase (I was a kid, honest)....he always had a ciggy sticking out the side of his mouth...he'd be fighting half a dozen blokes and he never took it out!

He made a bit of a comeback in the 80's (presumably that's why he's in the Untouchables) but I don't remember seeing him for a while...

he took a break from acting for a while, but was in Cagney & Lacey and a few other shows. He is making more movies now.
