Hi All,
I am on H1B visa. I had applied for green card process from my previous employer. I got my I-140 approved a month later, after I left the company to join a new one. I have friends using the I-140 approved from previous employers to process the third stage of their PR application with new employer. This works provided The previous employer does not cancel their Labour certification.
The only difference with my case is I left the previous employer before I got I140 approved. I wanted to know if I can use the I140 from previous employer to process my PR with new employer. What difference it makes if my previous employer is not canceling my labor authorization?

Thanks in Advance.

Mahesh
