What are the requirements of K Visa for Fiance
Do my fiance must come to my country in order to be declared a fiance and is meeting necessery requirement.

One of the requirements is that you and your fiance have met in person
within the last two years, and you must be prepared to prove that.

details about the Fiancee visa, including example completed forms. I
understand the info is a little old, but still accurate. Don't use the
forms from here, but directly from the INS website;

thing it doesn't mention is after the fiancee interview at the embassy, the
FBI does an investigation that extends the process up to a couple of months.
It may be less, but worst-case - unless there is actually something they
uncover. I'm not experienced yet, but I have done a fair amt of research.
Since the process is fraut with potential problems, and I have no
experience, I have found a reasonable-priced couple, American man / Russian
woman, who are in the business of helping get the forms completed per INS
specifications.

and intellegent, and very responsive to questions. For me, the time is the
most important thing, making it as short as possible. They are my insurance

This is NOT true of all US Consulates and appears at present to be only occurring in a few. Pakistan might be one of those, however.

All foreign fiancees are cleared by FBI as their names are run through an FBI database check by the US Consulate. However, what is new is the IBIS name check.

Among many things, YOU MUST BE A US CITIZEN!!!!! Greencard holders are not entitled to the benefit of sponsoring your fiance(e)s.

He asked about the requirements and no one seemed to have mentioned it and it's a very important point to make. Also, we don't know if he's the sponsor or the beneficiary, do we????
