Required forms for K3/129F?

Required forms for K3/129F?

Now that I am getting ready to file for K3, what docs do I need to file with that besides a 325A for each of us, my birth certificate (I'm the USC) and copies of our respective divorce decrees and marriage license? Do I need a copy of my husband's birth certificate as well?

Did you file I-130 already and get a receipt?

I should have qualified that- I knew about the copy of the receipt (notarized??). But do I need to know if I need HIS birth certificate or any other docs?
