Question Replacement green card processing time

My original "green card" was issued in early 1986, I still have it and is getting a little tattered... I wasn't given any hassles during my last entry back into the US, but the CIS agent recommended that I have it replaced.

I did visit the CIS website and became familiar with the process and fees, I was just wondering how long this process takes from the moment I file online to the day I get the new card in the mail. In case it makes a difference, I'm in western Noth Carolina.

Thanks.
