I am from the UK and have been staying in the US on an I-94W visa for almost. Normally I leave the US for Europe every 3 months and I have no problem getting a new I-94W each time I re enter the US. This time I was planning to Fly to Canada for a few days to obtain a new I-94W. Will I have any problems getting a new I-94W when I go through US immigration at the airport in Canada? I have a valid ticket from the US to Europe which is dated about 6 weeks after I plan to go to Canada.

It is up to you to prove them wrong, but if you in fact stay in the US all the time you will have a hard time showing that you reside in Europe. > > > > See above. The visa waiver is for stays as tourist. If you want to stay longer, you should get the appropriate visa. -Joe |
