For our US, UK passport photos and the photos for US citizenship...we took our own...then hubby printed them onto photo paper.

Walgreens can do them, they did mine, but the staff often don't realize they can. Their kiosks have the specifications for passports throughout the world. They just have to find the right menu and select UK.

Got the UK Passport size photo now - thanks again

Probably a silly question now ..... Did you cut your pics down to UK size or just send them as is? (ie the 2" x 2")
