Renewing British Passport while living in the US
Curious if anyone else has done this / what the process is like? Specifically:
- How long did it take to get your new passport?
- Will they mail the new passport to my US address?
- Can I travel in my original passport while the new one is pending?

- It’s very variable at the moment. You could get it through in four weeks or eight. HMPO is quoting ten weeks.
