Yes, it looks great in all respects but one... unless they've also agreed to pay the taxes this will incur, some of this is going to be taxable to the recipient. A very important part of a relocation package is getting an employer to "gross up" the taxable portions so you don't end up with a nice tax bill the following April 15th.
