My brother went to the us last year for 3 months but didnt overstay.He then tried to go again this year but was refused entry,customs said that they knew he had worked the last time he was there and he didnt have enough money to sustain himself this time.His passport was stamped,i dont know what was stamped,(refused entry i assume).His friend who he was travelling with did not get questioned at all and he was with him the last time they entered the us.
What is his position if he wanted to go back to the US,and would he face any problems with customs?
