She did help with driving us around our new location and showing us various areas/neighbourhoods. And she did give us a good printout with useful local resources. But in the househunting, she was more of an impediment than anything else.
Our's didn't like the place we selected either. Have to say it made it even more attractive to us

Fun to see how folks get on after a while

Though it's been a really mild, easy, not very snow filled winter at all, so if this is bad, you've not seen anything yet.
