Just letting people know, my passport was lost a few months ago, i sent off for a new one on the 2nd of august, D.C embassy received my package on the 4th which was photocopy of my resident card, photo copy of my drivers license, photocopy of my uk license, my birth certificate, application form and LS01. i received a replacement passport friday 19th august so just over 2 week turn around, i sent a cashiers cheque as payment. Just though id give an update for anyone sending off for one.
