Re-entry into the U.S. from Pearson airport for TN visa holders
Hi!
I'm wondering if there are any new requiresments (i.e. certificates, paperwork) that Customs needs to see for TN visa holders when re-entering into the U.S. from Pearson airport.
In Jan '06, I just learned at the airport that they need to see the visa credential verification certificate which was never required of me in the past. I didn't have it and had to miss my flight. I'm trying to figure out where I can find out if there are any new requirements.
Please do advise.
