Its pissing down here today and I love it, (we have too much snow to talk about but not much rain) mind you it makes me feel like I want to be back in England

Welcome to the NOB Club, Lisa!

Today it's a lovely day here. Bit nippy though first thing in the morning. But should warm up nicely by lunchtime.

It's bloody chilly here. Grey clouds covering the sky and a high of 67. Feels like an English summer!

... now also falls in JUNE???

I realise this is P-nuts compared to earthquakes, but really - when is it going to stop?

Sorry to resurrect this thread, but I have a large crowd coming for a BBQ tomorrow evening :scared: I guess I had better think of a plan B...

Any suggestions welcome!

But that would be the American 'let's throw tons of $$$ at the problem'-type of solution!

Remember I'm a frugal Brit...

Er....I've just had a phone call from my husband who is in Yateley today(Hants/Surrey/Berks border) with his twin brother and family....it's boiling hot there and they're having a heatwave (86f).
