Quick Social Security Question
 

Hi y'all I read the wonderful threads on UK and IS retirement but did not see an answer to my question. My British Husb. Retirement age in the UK is several years away but in the U.S. his age would make him eligible. (But he won't be able to draw on my record for years. He worked enough in the UK to qualify, but has not here.) So my guess is he can't apply until he is of age in UK?

And lastly... where does he apply? To the UK folks? Any help gratefully appreciated. Sorry to be a pain.

He can't apply until he reaches his UK State Pension age. This link will provide further info regarding applying https://www.gov.uk/international-pension-centre
