Questions need answering
need to know a few things
what is a NOA
can any one tell me if this will be ok
i got my pictures at a passport booth and i did them so you can see my right ear and left eye and tryed to pose the same as on the example , they look right will they be alowed?

NOA stands for Notice of Action. My understanding is that you get the first one after your I-130 or I-129F has been received, and the second one when they are processing your file.
As for the pictures, as long as you are sure that they meet the required dimensions from the INS, you should be fine.
