Question about travel before EAD - a valid h-1b
 
Hi All:
I am in USA on H-1B visa. I have recently filed for GC thru my spouse and got interview letter for EAD. I want to know can I travel before the interview date ( i donot have advance parole but my h-1b is valid till 2003 end)

As long as you are in H1-B status, i.e. the Visa stamp hasn't expired and you are
still employed by the sponsoring company, you may travel freely.
