Dear Friends,
On Saturday, June 11, 2005, The Spirit of Youth Foundation will celebrate the birthday of Her Most Gracious Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. This will be an evening of enjoyment and entertainment!
This year we are proud to honor Dennis Storer, OBE, with a Lifetime Achievement Award. A native of Great Britain, Dennis, the founder of the Spirit of Youth program in 1992, has been extensively involved in Education, Sports and British American Commercial, Media and community programs.
The Spirit of Youth Foundation is a 501(c)3. with a mission to provide a unique international exchange experience for American and British teens, combining cultural, political, sports, and educational activities plus exposure to civic leadership, local industry and commerce on escorted programs. The Foundation locates deserving teenagers who otherwise lack the necessary resources or means to benefit from this life-changing experience by working with local collaborators, currently in Los Angeles and the United Kingdom. The Programs aim to broaden participants’ understanding of those with whom they interact during the reciprocal visits, develop their perception of different cultures and expand upon their leadership abilities, while encouraging a greater tolerance of race, religion, and philosophies, both locally and on an international scale.
I hope you will join us for this magical evening, which will include a Champagne Reception featuring signed lithographs of water colors by His Royal Highness, Charles, The Prince of Wales, and the artwork of several other artists whose works skillfully illustrate royalty and splendor. A live auction will feature a fine replica of Camilla, HRH The Duchess of Cornwall’s engagement ring. Airline and travel packages include a special package featuring Victoria, Australia, a prize to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Ritz Hotel in London and a Princess cruise for 2 to either the Caribbean or Mexican Riviera. Along with a Drawing, there will be dancing to the music of an 18-piece Big Band – The Peninsulans Jazz Orchestra!
Enclosed you will find available sponsorship opportunities. To be included and recognized on our invitation and in our ad journal, please complete the enclosed form and return it at your earliest convenience. If you have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you in advance for your consideration

The Queen, nor the Royal Family benefit from the event; however, at risk teenagers shall. It's a charity fundraiser and we are trying to help disadvantaged children. All we are trying to do is give some very vulnerable children a sense of hope.

I'll take 5 tickets please.
By the way, is Bel Air actually in LA? I thought it was a gated and armed community walled off from the slums of that benighted place.
