public charge?
My fiance is coming into US on a L1 and we plan to marry. My question is last year on my own since I Have 3 kids I got earned income credit. Well since my fiance will not come in til to actually work til late august beginning of september. His wages will not be enough so we will still qualify for earned income credit. Well here is the question...... Is earned income credit a Public charge?
