Problems getting access to Health Records???
 

Thought this might be useful to anyone in UK having problems getting access to their health records.

My doctor has been extremely difficult and misinformed. But I am allowed to have a copy of all my medical records.

The rights are afforded under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the same act that gives us access to our Police Record for police certificates).
