Wish the car washes were open though as my car is a bit of a mess now.
There are other ways to wash a vehicle! I have never put one of my vehicles through a third party service and only ever been through one once (as a passenger in someone else's car).

$1.63 today, so sort of in the middle price wise. What was of interest today was that if I didn't have to drive to Chicago today for work, I would have made it to 3 weeks since my last fill up

I think it was $1.79 this morning when I took Mrs P's car to buy groceries, but when the range figure in her car is showing over 500 miles in the tank, the price of gas is irrelevant.

2.05 up here but around the Dollar mark in Denver, need a bigger tank.

Does make cutting wood less costly, I think I have got about 3 cords in during the last week and I do not have a high end chainsaw.

Took a trip to Fort Lauderdale on Friday. Prices per US gallon.

Saint Petersburg - $1.68
Port Charlotte / Punta Gorda - $1.55
Fort Lauderdale (Hollywood beach area) - $2

Needless to say, I planned the trip not to refill on the east coast.

I went on a permitted errand yesterday, and saw BP gas at one of my favorite BP gas stations at $1.52. But I didn't need gas.

After weeks of falling prices and steady at $1.29 for the last week, prices are up today to $1.32 with one local up from $1.29 to $1.45 since this morning.

Meanwhile, marginally further south of you in the land where the communal pools have been opened up in the trailer parks and old people gather like harpy's, gas is still stuck a $1.699.

Starting to creep back up.

It's up to $1.89G for the cheap stuff at the local Cumbies, with their discount.

Never got nearly as low as it did for a bunch of you folks.

Under £1 a litre near me.... first time since I've been keeping note in 2009, apart from a short time in 2016, when it plummeted from £1.07 but was back at £1.11 within a couple of months. This time last year it was £1.27.
I last bought petrol over a month ago!

I put gas in Mrs P's car a couple of days ago, for the first time in a couple of months, when normally she uses a whole tank of petrol every week! There were still about five gallons in the tank, but I was passing a station with cheaper gas ($1.69) than I can find locally at the moment. I got ten gallons, which will probably see us through June as almost the only thing we are using it for is my weekly grocery run, plus I need to make a run by Little Miss P's school next week to collect her locker-clearout bag, which the school is performing for everyone - just pull up at the curb and the bag will be tossed in.

Gas jumped up to $1.859 at the beginning of the week, it's been the same price down south in Punta Gorda. No doubt bracing themselves to fleece the Memorial day traffic...
