He drinks it. Rather like that bloke in his avatar, our Pulaski is actually powered by petrol. It's amazing, really. 100 gallons can keep him going for a while year.

Pretty much the same prices down here on FL's mid west coast, saw a couple at $2.59 today so expect there'll be a rash more at that price in the morning.

Absolutely bloody marvellous, this comes just at the time when I might be looking at an unexpected 'enforced' vacation to SC next week if Irma decides to pay us a visit...

$2.49 and $2.59 here this evening. The BP I went to was buzzing with people, and the owner said he wasn't sure if he would get the scheduled overnight delivery. ..... I was only there to get a gallon for my mower!

Around 1.40/liter around Vancouver, some lower, some higher, but most seem to be around 1.40 give or take 1-2 cents.

My last fill up from empty was under $8 CAD, gotta love scooters...

$2.53 this morning.

do we think that this is temporary price gouging?

price of crude oil is constant if not actually falling in price.

I think there is an increase due to refineries closing in the wake of Harvey.

The price gouging happens when they reopen and it doesn't return to pre-Harvey prices.

I mean, I guess it's free if you've a length of hose and a few breath mints.
