I must admit, I now have a longer commute (50 miles/day) and am looking for a fuel efficient car, what with gas prices on the up again. Am hoping we stay below $5 though...

They're running around $3.85 ish I think.

Thing is, the T and well, the whole of the MTBA is hiking up costs by 45%...so there's not much alternatives to driving either now :/

Up to $3.959 at some stations here in Southern Ohio this weekend.

Thankfully at least a couple of days a week the 'South Point Price War' is still in full swing and I picked it up for $3.049 on Wednesday (when it was still $3.799 everywhere else).

Some stations around here are up to $3.99, esp near my OH's work. But where we live is still around $3.59ish. Its already starting to get ridiculously expensive!

It went up really quickly, but now seems to be coming down at a ridiculously slow rate in comparison.

The most expensive place had gone down to $3.73, whilst BJ's is at $3.66 and the place by us is at $3.67

But else where in town it's somewhere in between. Neighbouring town is at $3.79-$3.85

Shell station in town (well, village) is at $3.99/gallon for regular, $4.21 for premium and the cheap stations around $3.80.

Of course the "how the heck do they get away with that" station on the way to work in Stateline, NV is asking between $4.59-4.89, but generously gives you 10c off if you pay cash. Cheaper to fill up on the Cali side of the lake...
