In BC looking at the BC Liquor store website. Every province has their own rules and pricing for booze, this is what the price is currently in BC at the BC Gov't liquor stores. Looks like craft beers run pretty close to the same price as the major brands. Wal-Mart, Costco and such are not permitted to sell alcohol in BC, there are a handful of grocery stores who can sell wine, but for the most part you have to visit a liquor store for your alcohol needs.

Molson Canadian

BC liquor store prices get tax added at the till as well. Things vary from province to province but independents usually cost substantially more than government stores, the exception being the occasional sale at grocery stores that have a booze section.

Probably bought from an independent bottle shop. Alberta is usually cheaper than Sask.

I didn't really pay much attention, there was one pretty near the airport in Grand Prairie, then somewhere out by the Walmart in Peace River.

Well, whatever it was I was able to get nicely wankered for a few days and it didn't make me go broke, so I'll call that acceptable

You don't know? I was expecting this day to come, but perhaps not so soon.
Hell, I thought today was Friday, so what day were you expecting? How the blooming hell should I know where I am when the brain has been fried by endless 100 degree heat.

Keep in mind my comment is only for BC, no idea what other provinces do.

Within three days of the above post the price was down to $2.24 - $2.28 at my two favourite, usually the cheapest, gas stations, and they're now down to $2.19 and $2.21 respectively.

$2.35 is about the cheapest at the moment.

However, I just filled up at BP. Pump price was $2.58 but using my BP rewards, got 20 gallons for $2.18. That's 11c per gallon.

NPR have been banging on about average gas prices in Florida. Apparently I'm in one of the two cheapest areas in FL, the other being Tampa, and our average low prices are supposedly $2.38, but quite a few stations have been selling at $2.19 for several days now.
