You make it sound like a once in a blue moon event, I think it at least three times a week when gassing up the Tundra.

Happily I filled at @ 2.039 on Sunday. Now it is 2.199 everywhere.

I caught it at $2.049 on this side of the bay on the same Sunday evening, it must have stopped at that low for about six hours because it had bounced up to that $2.199 by Monday morning, creeping down a bit over this last week though and I paid $2.179 Wednesday and $2.149 today!

Everywhere $2.75-$3 in Phoenix gouging, costco $2.39 never seen the difference like it.

Went from 1.24 a liter to 1.46 a liter overnight, does not usually jump that high all at once.

Paid around 2.38 this weekend in the Denver-Metro area. Doesn't seem too bad at all. I believe CostCo was around 2.30 but I couldn't be bothered to drive over there.

Many stations below $2 here in middle Tennessee. Saw one yesterday at $1.83.

It dropped below $2.00 at the gas station on my way into work here in NE Illinois. Amazingly, when I actually needed to fill up, it was back up to $2.38 ...

Still, I can't complain when gas is consistently under $2.50. Remember ages ago there were people saying it would exceed $5.00/gal by 2015? Bet they all feel a bit silly now.

We have four gas stations in the town where I live and 3of them are Marathon . Cheapest gas is $2.17 fifteen miles up the road it’s under $2 a gallon . Will be filling up there on my way to the Smokey mountains on Sunday.
