100% estate tax. Lets see how much more equal the playing field gets when the rich cant pass on the privilages of wealth to their heirs (of course it still wouldnt stop them doing so whilst alive so probably would help that much but it is worth a try). Everyone in America should get fair and equal chance to succeed that should be our objective.

Its not marxist, dont be silly. You still enjoy the fruits of your success during your life thats seems a pretty big incentive to me.
