Hi there.
Just wondering is it easy to find a job opportunities while being on waver visa ? I found that it is impossible to find one outside US.
Any suggestions...

Depends on how niche skilled you are and how competitive the job market is, but realistically, if you require sponsorship, chances are slim, but being here for interviews will certainly help.

Won't help increase chances of getting a visa though.

I am not an engineer, but that was my experience. I had a marriage visa coming, but though the agent I was using reported lots of interest, no interviews were being offered; none! I scheduled a week long VWP visit and five interviews were secured over the first two and a half days. YEMV.

I'm not sure what a Power Engineer is but applications for H-1B visas start on April 1 for work starting on or after October 1 of that year. If you apply for jobs now on vwp, the wait before you can start work will be over a year and employers may not want to wait that long. If you apply after the first of the year, the wait shortens which may make it more likely that an employer will offer you a position.
