Popup ads on here

I seem to be getting a lot of popup ads on this site, starting to piss me off. Is everyone getting these?

I would be - if I didn't have google's pop- up blocker.

You could always pay $9.99 for British expats premium membership ... no popup ads at all then

I bought Norton Internet Security two weeks ago for $54.99 at Costco. It blocks all pop ups and even adverts on the webpages. So I am totaly free of ads. :D

It does seem to me pretty pointless advertising "Vote for Bush!" adverts on a web site which is mostly populated by people who are not able to vote in the coming election!

FYI. I do appreciate that the ads are just generic adverts selected at random. :D

I have to be honest and say that I don't really mind the pop-up adverts. I am perfectly happy clicking on the little "x" to make the damned thing go away... The pop-up adverts that I have a problem with are the ones that seem to keep coming back everytime to click on any button on a web-site!:rolleyes:
