Default Poor old Robert Palmer

Singer Robert Palmer has died of a heart attack in Paris aged 54.

How sad is that.

54 is no age at all these days. Sad indeed.

Jesus... I'm in shock.

Liked this guy alot.
He has.... had some great songs - his cover of Marvin Gaye, his duet with UB40, Addicted To Love....
Man what a loss.
He is one of these people who looks... looked cool in a suit.

Another taken too soon.

Sad news indeed.

That's the trouble with a lot of heart conditions, can seem fine right up until it's too late.

'Be My Baby Tonight' duet with UB40 one of the coolest songs and still one of my favourites, certainly in my fave top 20.

Yes, well three chicks and a hippo, actually - the girl on the end (right side of the screen if I remember correctly) was verging on grotesque.

Very sad though, I couldn't believe it when I heard earlier today.

Yes, they are going down like nine pins of late..this is a getting a little too close for comfort methinks.

I agree. always thought he 'suited' a suit very well. Liked his style; aloof, but a little edgy.
