POLICE cert delivery

hi can someone tell me if the acro police certificate comes via royal mail 1st class or by royal mail special delivery

They send it Royal Mail First Class unless you pay the extra 7 pound to get it next working day delivery. They require you to sign for it (at least ours was required a few weeks ago).
