Hello,

Isn't there anybody who has the knowledge about conditions of studying in US with an immigrant visa of green card lottery?

It would be so good If I can get response for exemption from international student tution....

The answer is it depends on the university. Many require that you live
in the area for 1 year in order to qualify for in-state rates. Having a
greencard itself is not the determining factor. Contact the university.
