Please give me some advice/help

I was wondering if you could give me some much needed help. I basically need to know a few things which will make some issues more clearer.

I am currently an F1 student who has been in the US for almost 3 years. I have also been with a female US citizen for that time. We plan to get married very soon and wanted to know exactly what we had to do. I finish up college in May and can stay legally here for 1 more year through college but I would love to get married. What would we have to file and what time frame are we talking about.

I currently have work authorization and have worked for 7 months now and have a SSN.

If you could get back to me ASAP and let me know I would apreciate it.

Start here http://www.mindspring.com/~docsteen/...o/visainfo.htm accept the
disclaimer and start reading - especially the section called Tourist Adjustment. This
section will tell you what you need to do, and has information for those adjusting
from F visas as well. Take Care. Shelley
