Sure can, in general UK shopping sites are less anal about taking a non UK credit card. Amazon USA seems to talk to Amazon UK - my sister just sent me something I had on my amazon.com wish list from logging in to her amazon.co.uk account.

This is probably been answered before but for a non-tech person me bringing a UK PS2 to here (US) how can I get my UK games to play on my UK PS2 on my US NTSC tv.
I can get an external tv tuner which will play on my smaller LCD computer screen this costs $160 and would like a cheaper option that doesn't require my computer (the tuner only has a vga output). I know there is something that changes the pal signal into an ntsc signal but that degrades the picture.
So are there "mods-chips" that will let me pay my UK PS2 and UK games on my NTSC TV. For those that have read this far thanks !!

You might like to search this forum for an answer. This has been discussed this in previous threads and I'm pretty sure you'll find what you're looking for. Don't forget that, as well as the signal, you'll also have to convert the power supply to your PS2. Electricity in the US is faster than in it is in the UK .

Yeah - work fine when you watch them on the memory stick - its the UMDs that are region coded!!

depends on your TV - if you have an LCD or DLP TV they are effectively monitors so NTSC is not an issue it will work, just wont play US games. If you have an older TV chances are it wont work.

Tuner has nothing to do with PS2 - try and wire it direct to your PC?
