Has anyone moved their dog from the UK to US? What is the process? My mother in law has done it the other way around, not sure if the quarantine periods etc are the same. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, there are loads of threads, if you search them out.
Ultimately, it depends on location and time of year on who you'd use, as for requirements google the Federal and state requirements you're moving to.
