Hello,
I am a British Citizen living in US on Green Card, my wife is American, our 2 young boys were both born here. I wish to take them home and need passports, anyone know the best way to go about this, do i apply for US first as they were born here, or apply for British as they are my children, I would like them to have dual citizenship . What is the way NOT to go about it, any info appreciated!

If you mean for a visit then they can enter the UK using their US passports - they'll get stamped stating that they can't work and putting a time limit on their stay.
If you mean to stay (one way ticket) then they will probably need UK passports to enter the UK. Doing so without would be tricky and you might not get to board your plane.
As they are US born they will have to have US passports to enter the USA.
You should get US passports now and get UK passports when you are in the UK (cheaper and quicker). Make sure you take the necessary documents with you - Children's birth certificates, your birth certificate, marriage certificate.
I've just got UK passport for our three children. I think it is great that they get to be both US citizens and British citizens.
We've always used the EU national's channel at immigration.
