Passport Information Line
I'm having a terrible time with the Passport Information Line. My telephone service provider blocks 900 numbers. It seems that the tones on all of my telephones are not compatible with the system so my credit card is not registering. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!

I finally got through. For anyone having similar problems, here are my suggestions: (1) call your telephone service provider and have them "clear" the telephone line and (2) when typing in your credit card number...type slowly. 'Hope this information will save someone from the stress that I have been experiencing for the last two days. Regards.
