Packet 4 help please...

Have just received my packet 4 from London with an interview date...for which i'm very grateful...
However apart from the covering letter which details my appointment date all the enclosures are the same as received in packet 3!!!...
Can anyone with a recent or pending appointment in London give me an idea of what else i should have got in the packet,mainly instructions for the day and details of how to pay fees etc...is there somewhere i can download this info?, or can someone offer me their advice on my next move.

I received my packet 4 also today with the forms that you have received. Some of them are actually different (new forms). I am going to call the Embassy tomorrow to find out exactly what they want. There is also no payment slip in there which I understand there should be, and no instructions on the medical or where it should be at.
Ill post here when I find out tomorrow!

Ok! Here is what I found out. You need to call the Embassy on 0207 355 3335 tell the lady that you got packet four (4) but there was no details at all on the Medical (where it is or a questionnaire) and that there was no payment slip and she will send you these.
With regards to the forms you have been sent, fill them out anyway (some of them are slightly different) and just take them with you in case they want them.
Apart from that, just turn up at the time and date you've been given! The date for the medical and interview will be the same on your appointment letter, but one of them will have a time underneath it, if it is the medical that says 8am then you need to go to the Doctors first before the Embassy or vice versa

Thanks for your reply...i actually phoned myself ,just after you i think as the lady said "not another one"...hopefully the correct info will come out to me this time...
My interview is the 31st Jan...
