Hi everyone,
Anybody knows what the outcome of a denied i-751 will be? More specifically, what exactly happens after that? Time frames and all! I know there is a chance for an appeal, but was wondering about the time frames and the course of actions. Another thing, It's always a YES or NO right? meaning there is no "Request for more information" after the interview correct? The INS website says they'll start the deportation process as soon as the petition is denied! (That hardly gives anyone time to prepare for an appeal or so) Just trying to get some more info, in case the worst happens since I'm applying after having a divorce. Thanks for any help. Ed |
Hey there was a guy on this newsgroup, who was just approved after his divorce. Maybe
you should get in touch with him. Hopefully, he will see your post and get in touch. In case you need it, his email address is [email protected] .And his name is Jacky Zimmerman. Hope this helps. Ranjini > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > |
