Opticians
 

Hi, everyone. I have some headaches for a couple of months and I think they are caused because I need glasses. My job requires 10 hours in front of the computer and I can't change that.

I found these on call opticians I had an appointment and they told me to wear glasses ASAP.

I am kind of new at this, I never wore glasses and I know it may sound shallow, but I don't think I want to wear them. Are there any kind of restrictions when it comes to contacts? Does diopters count?
