Note: it is quite common in America for hanging clothes outside is forbidden by home owners associations (neighborhood busy-bodies), local ordinance, or is just "not the done thing".

And for what its worth, the reason we left Cali was for a much better offer here in Atlanta, I still miss a lot about Cali, there is stuff I don't miss, moving to Atlanta really was like a whole new life, and believe me there are things here that continue to baffle me!!

I think you meant “or” not “as well as” you only need a work visa OR an EAD.

@pulaski - I have lived in three houses in SoCal and two in NorCal and *ALL* included washer and dryer. It's very rare that they don't.
