Hi

I'm going to be moving to and working in Indiana from January and I'll need to open a US bank account when I arrive so I can have my wages paid into it.

Is this straight-forward to do? Do I need anything other than the usual ID?

I'd be interested to hear from other BE members experiences and any advice that they can give me.

anyway, search the forums, plenty of threads on the subject, also a very good wiki covering many of the basic questions on getting a bank account, credit score, getting a car etc.
