OK guys, I am checking out ...
Franklin is about to leave the building ... its been great. Paul and Sue have much to be proud for, this is one very good British Expat site. I will miss this place very much. :o But chin up and all that! ;)

It appears that he was on fee, so as long as the work was done, he fulfilled his obligation. Now he will bill for an hours work, he needs to work the hour.
Before, his clients bought an amount of work. Now they are buying his time. |
