My OH also mentioned that when he came back from Toronto last week he was not photographed/fingerprinted, even though travelling through the same airport with the same greencard, less than a month previously, he was.

It's not only here, but in LHR. In April, transferring through terminal 5 we had to get the iris scan done. I can't remember if we had to get the fingerprints done. We are duals, but I don't know if that made a difference.

The equipment is already in place for the visitors, they're just using it on more people. It sounds like they're getting more value for the same expenditure.

Just to add to everyone elses experience. 15 year old son came through Charlotte yesterday (Green Card holder) and he said they took a photo and all his fingerprints.
