1 - I am going to open an offshore account on next August . When I suppose to report this account to IRS . next year or this year ?

2 - I am gonna to get annual intereste . I am worried IRS could miss understand that and think I am hiding money because the first interest date is one year after opening the account

any ideas ?

just don;t open an offshore account, its a lot easier just to open a normal account with citi/well fargo/boa
