Like a couple of their records but I wouldn't pay to see these chavs, even if he was shagging Patsy Kensit live on stage,.......... come to think of it, not even if I was shagging Patsy Kensit on stage.

I wouldn't know, I'm not their manager.
I'm just a guy looking to go to the odd Gig.

The Madison Square Garden show apparently sold out in an hour, so some of us here still like them :D I'll be at the Detroit show, which will be the third time i've seen them. Say what you want about the Gallagher brothers, but those boys put on a bloody good show.

Is it worth buying the tickets??

I mean, they might show up but what are the odds of them going at it on stage and then leaving half way through??

Looks like there coming to Dallas on Sept 22. If I can get some tickets, I'm going!

Re: Oasis

Saw them at Loch Lomand a few years back and they do put on a good show. Their chav following spoiled it for me though, complete arseholes.. Might be different over here though...cept for they are utter shite these day's.

Re: Oasis

It's a shame that the brothers are such knobs, because they have made some good albums. I personally don't think they are that great live, because I remember one of the concerts that Sky broadcasted live, where Liam just kept ranting about stuff all the way through the records. Plus, if I bought tickets, I'd be nervous that he even bothered to show up.

Cheers for the heads up but I don't fancy it. Saw them at Loch Lomond and T in The Park and that was enough. I lost interest after the first 2 albums and the B-Sides compilation. It'll be interesting to see how many people they'll get at the Smirnoff Center, I wouldn't have thought they'll be in any danger of filling it - the ticket prices aren't too bad though.

Got two tickets for the Hollywood bowl - still think hes the best songwriter since Weller, not been mad keen on the very recent stuff but its always worth seeing what pearls of wisdom Liam will come out with .. my all time favorite was him describing a guy who was suing him for assult as "some pan-head that needed stabbing" case closed you honour :D

Re: Oasis

I heard the new one yesterday. Sad to say, but it's nothing special. Maybe it will grow on me. They are the artists of the week though on my local lunch time radio show, so I've been hearing some of the classics this week.

Re: Oasis

Thanks but no thanks. In my opinion Oasis lost the plot after the Morning Glory, Mind you those first 2 albums were brilliant.
I am seeing Doves (another Manc band) in May in small venue in Chicago.Twenty bucks a ticket - beat that !!!
